Remote Diagnostic Portal for Boat Mechanics

Objective
Create a portal for boat technicians that enables remote and efficient issue diagnosis and quicker repair of boats. User research on existing diagnostic processes informed user flow and design of the web portal. Portal is part of the “Connected Boat” IoT eco-system that includes mobile app and smart sensors & hub installed on boats.
